University Square Hotel Fresno, Fresno

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was quite convenient for Fresno State events and the Savemart Center, but in my opinion, it has gone downhill quickly. The service was not exceptional, and the staff wasn't particularly friendly. However, the dining experience, though basic, was better than expected. The rooms, despite looking decent at first, were not as expected due to some unsettling incidents during my stay.

Upon arrival, I was thrilled with the great location of the hotel, perfect for our meeting purposes. However, the price was unexpectedly higher than my booking. The rooms had a strange odor initially, but the staff swiftly relocated us to a cleaner room after our concerns. The location was central to our activities, but the pricing shift was a downside.
